Dear Wilson,
When we first met in Aiken, I was immediately impressed by your presentation to our HOA Board of Directors. As we approach our second anniversary with Town and Country on June 25, 2025, the board's respect and admiration for your organization continues to grow—and rightfully so.
The transition from Blackstone Builders to Town and Country was seamless, thanks to the talented team that made it happen. While many individuals contributed to this success, I would like to extend special thanks to Brandon Williamson, Brook Johnson, and Brenden Sparks for their efforts.
In addition, Wilson, I want to personally recognize one individual whose professionalism consistently stands out in everything she does for the Retreat at Walnut Village—Sharon Whittemore. Sharon's insightful suggestions, wise counsel, and unwavering dedication to both the board and our homeowners are truly unmatched.
